Lines of light flowing over a dark grid

SaaS platforms, designed to last.

Tenancy, billing, authentication and security are decided before the first line of code, because they are the expensive things to change later.

A small studio, on purpose.

The person who scopes your platform is the person who writes the code. Judge that from the SaaS products we build and run ourselves, which you can open today, not from a number on a homepage.

What clients say.

We had a clear idea of how we wanted our business to be presented online, and BitsSolved did a great job bringing it together. The website looks clean, professional, and exactly how we imagined. The team was quick to respond, easy to coordinate with, and delivered without unnecessary complications. Overall, a really good experience.

To be frank, we weren't really sure how to go about promoting our business on Instagram. The BitsSolved team helped us figure things out, from what to post to how to present our work. They also built our website, which turned out really nice. We didn't have to keep following up or explaining things again and again. That's what we liked most about working with them.

How an engagement runs.

The same four steps for a website fix and for a multi-tenant platform. Nothing is chargeable before a written quote.

01

Discovery

A working session on your product and its architecture, written up as scope, screens and a fixed quote for the first phase. Nothing is chargeable before that document exists.

02

Build in the open

Working software you can open while it is being built, instead of a status report, so the brief can change while changing it is still cheap.

03

Launch

Deployment with monitoring, backups, TLS and security headers, on infrastructure the client owns.

04

Scale

A maintenance window for fixes, monitoring and improvements, or a full handover to your own engineers with documentation. You can stop after any phase and keep everything built so far.

It depends on the scope, so we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for your project. Every scoped phase gets a fixed quote before work starts, and if the scope changes mid phase, the quote changes in writing before we carry on.

Send the shape of the problem through the form or email contact@bitssolved.com. The first call is free and is mostly us asking questions. After it you get the scope in writing and a fixed quote for the first phase. Nothing is chargeable before you approve that quote.

You do. Every engagement ends with the repository, the servers and the third party accounts in your name. There is no licence to keep paying for, and nothing proprietary to unpick if you work with somebody else later.

Yes, agreed per engagement rather than sold from a menu: uptime monitoring, dependency and security updates, and fixes handled by the engineer who wrote the code. The window and what counts as critical are written into your support agreement before it starts.

TLS everywhere, encrypted credentials, secure authentication, security headers and dependency updates, checked with the same tools we publish for free. To be plain: BitsSolved does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA attestations, and we will say so before you sign anything that needs one.

Founders, startups and growing software companies, and the in-house teams inside them. We also build and run SaaS products of our own, MenuFly, KeyNesta and a free tools platform, so we know the work from the operating side. What carries across is the foundations of a platform: accounts, tenancy, billing, APIs and dashboards.

Yes. We start with a code audit and give you an honest continue-or-rebuild recommendation before anything is quoted. If the code is sound we carry on from it, and if it is not we tell you why and what a rebuild would involve.

Yes. We can take a defined part of the platform, such as billing, an API or a mobile app, and work in your repository and your workflow, or lead the build while your engineers join in. Each phase is scoped in writing with a fixed quote, and the handover includes documentation so your team can carry on.

Both are decided in the design phase, before the first line of code, because they are the most expensive things to change later. Tenant isolation, plans, trials, invoicing, usage limits and upgrade paths are built properly from the start and wired to Razorpay or Stripe, with the webhooks and failure cases handled.
