These terms cover your use of bitssolved.com and the free tools on it. Client work is governed by the separate written scope and quote for that project, not by this page.

Using the free tools

The tools are free to use, for personal and commercial work alike, with no account required for normal use. Signing in with an email address raises the daily limits, and it is optional.

Each tool has a daily usage limit so the service stays available to everyone. Anonymous visitors get a small number of uses per tool per day and signed-in users get more. Hitting a limit is not an error, and it resets the following day. A paid Pro plan, once available, removes the limit.

What you may not do

  • Use the server-backed checkers against systems you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Attempt to bypass the usage limits, or automate the tools at a volume that degrades them for other people.
  • Use the site to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or distribute malware.
  • Scrape, resell or rebrand the tools as your own service.

We may block access that does any of the above. There is no account to terminate for most visitors, because most visitors never make one.

Who we are

bitssolved.com is operated by BitsSolved Software, a sole proprietorship registered in India (MSME Udyam registration UDYAM-TN-09-0109230), at 13-124A, Manalivilagathu Veedu, Kalkulam, Thickanamcode, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, Tamil Nadu 629804, India. In these terms, "BitsSolved", "we" and "us" mean that business.

The tools stay free. BitsSolved Tools Pro is an optional paid plan that removes the daily limit. It is not on sale yet: checkout is still being built, and there is a waiting list on the pricing page. The terms below apply from the day it goes on sale.

  • Subscription. Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
  • Prices are final. BitsSolved Software is not registered for GST, so the price shown is the price you pay, with no tax added on top. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it affects a renewal.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay, by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. We never see or store your card details.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will email you. If it is still unpaid after the retry period, the account goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe again at any time.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice, by email, before a change to the price of your plan takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in full by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Because Pro is delivered digitally and instantly, there is also a Shipping & Delivery Policy.

What the tools do and do not promise

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. They are accurate to the best of our ability and the server-backed checkers report real measurements rather than invented scores, but we cannot guarantee that a result is correct, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Check anything that matters. Do not rely on a free web tool as the sole basis for a financial, legal, medical or security decision. The calculators are arithmetic, not advice.

We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption, and we may change, rename or withdraw any tool.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the tools. Most tools never send it anywhere in the first place, as the Privacy Policy explains. We claim no licence over your files, text or results.

Our content

The site design, written content and tool implementations belong to BitsSolved. You are welcome to link to any page. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

Product and company names mentioned on this site, including in the project pages, belong to their respective owners.

Client work

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Engagements are scoped in writing and quoted per phase before work starts, and those documents, not this page, set out what is delivered, what it costs and who owns what. In the usual case the repository, servers and accounts are handed over to the client at the end of the engagement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BitsSolved is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the free tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
