Shipping & Delivery Policy
BitsSolved sells software and online services. Nothing is shipped, so there is no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge.
BitsSolved Tools Pro
- It is a digital service. There is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery fee.
- Pro is delivered instantly: as soon as your payment succeeds, the plan is switched on for the account you were signed in to when you paid.
- We email a confirmation to that account's address, with the plan, the amount and the payment ID.
If Pro does not switch on
Occasionally a payment is confirmed by the bank a little after you see the success page. If your account is not upgraded within 1 hour of a successful payment, write to contact@bitssolved.com from your account's email address with the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it or, if we cannot, refund you in full under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Software projects
Custom software for clients is delivered electronically and in phases. What is delivered, and when, is set by the written scope and quote for each phase, with a demo of working software every week. At the end of the engagement the repository, servers and accounts are handed over in the client's name. There is no physical shipping for these either.
Where we serve
Anyone with an internet connection can use the tools. Pro can be paid for in Indian rupees or US dollars. Delivery does not depend on where you are.
